SHIPPING & DELIVERY

ZUNO design

Effective Date: 22 October 2026

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

ZUNO design arranges deliveries within the Republic of Croatia and to selected European Union countries through contracted courier and transport companies or individually arranged transportation.

2. DELIVERY AREAS

ZUNO design arranges product delivery within the Republic of Croatia and to European Union countries for which delivery is available through the online store or an individual quotation.

Delivery availability depends on the destination country, product type, dimensions and available transport options.

During checkout, customers can check whether delivery is available to their selected address.

For countries or areas where delivery is not available through the online store, customers may contact info@zunodesign.com to enquire about individual delivery arrangements.

The terms and costs of individually arranged delivery are confirmed before the customer accepts the order.

3. MANUFACTURING AND DISPATCH

ZUNO design manufactures products after receiving payment for the order.

For made-to-measure products and custom projects requiring an agreed advance payment, manufacturing begins after receipt of the advance payment, unless otherwise specified in the individual quotation or contract.

The manufacturing timeframe and expected delivery timeframe are specified alongside the product or in the individual quotation or contract.

The manufacturing period is separate from the transportation period. Dispatch is arranged once manufacturing and preparation for delivery have been completed, in accordance with the agreed delivery timeframe.

Customers are informed of the applicable delivery timeframe before concluding the contract.

4. TRANSIT TIMES

Transportation and delivery timeframes for ZUNO design products are determined according to the product type, shipment dimensions, destination and selected delivery method.

For products available through the online store, the applicable delivery timeframe is specified alongside the product or during checkout, before the order is finally confirmed.

For made-to-measure products, bulky products and custom projects, the delivery timeframe is specified in the individual quotation or contract.

For deliveries to European Union countries, transportation times depend on the destination country and available transport options.

Before concluding the contract, the customer is informed of the applicable total delivery timeframe, including the necessary manufacturing and transportation periods.

In the event of an anticipated delay, ZUNO design informs the customer, without prejudice to their statutory rights.

5. DELIVERY COMPANIES

ZUNO design arranges delivery of standard products through external courier and transport service providers, depending on shipment dimensions and weight, destination and transport availability.

For larger, bulky or non-standard products, special transportation may be arranged, including delivery using ZUNO design's own transport.

The choice of courier or transport provider depends on the type of product and the conditions of each delivery.

Customers receive shipment tracking information where available.

For individual projects and specially arranged deliveries, the transport method and delivery conditions are specified in the quotation or contract.

6. SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery costs for ZUNO design products depend on the product type, shipment dimensions and weight, destination and selected transportation method.

For standard products ordered through the online store, delivery costs are automatically calculated and displayed in the Wix shopping cart or during checkout, before the order is finally confirmed.

For bulky and non-standard products and custom projects, delivery costs are determined individually based on product characteristics, delivery location and the logistics services required.

For individual orders, the delivery price and any additional transportation, unloading, carrying-in or installation costs, where applicable, are clearly specified in the quotation or contract before acceptance.

Before concluding the contract, the customer is informed of the total order cost, including delivery and any other agreed additional services.

Additional charges that have not been agreed in advance are not imposed without the customer's appropriate consent.

7. LARGE AND NON-STANDARD PRODUCTS

For large mats, ball pits, upholstered structures and other bulky or non-standard products, ZUNO design arranges special transportation according to product dimensions, the delivery location and the required logistics conditions.

The scope of delivery is specified in the individual quotation or contract. Delivery may include transportation to the agreed address, while unloading, carrying the product into the premises, positioning and installation are included only where expressly stated in the accepted quotation or contract.

Before accepting the quotation, the customer must inform ZUNO design of any circumstances that may affect delivery arrangements, including restricted access to the property, doorway and passage widths, lift access, delivery floor and the ability of the delivery vehicle to access and stop at the location.

ZUNO design and the customer agree on the necessary delivery conditions and any additional logistics services before concluding the contract.

All additional costs known in advance are clearly stated in the quotation. Subsequent changes to delivery arrangements and additional chargeable services are subject to the customer's prior agreement.

These provisions do not restrict consumers' statutory rights.

8. CUSTOM PROJECTS AND INSTALLATION

For individual and custom projects, delivery, installation and handover conditions are specified in the accepted individual quotation or contract.

The quotation or contract defines the scope of the agreed work, delivery location, site access requirements, any customer obligations and additional logistics or installation services.

Installation is considered completed when the agreed installation work has been performed and the product or structure is ready for the agreed handover, without prejudice to the customer's statutory rights in the event of defects or improper contractual performance.

For smaller projects, handover is generally completed by directly delivering the product to the customer.

For larger or more complex projects, a handover report may be prepared where specified in the individual quotation or contract.

Dismantling existing elements, removing previous equipment, removing packaging, waste disposal and other additional services are not automatically included in the project price. Their availability, scope and cost are determined in the individual quotation or contract.

Any additional services subject to separate charges are agreed upon with the customer's prior consent.

Handover or the signing of a handover report does not exclude or restrict the customer's statutory rights concerning defective products or installation work.

9. DELIVERY WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Delivery availability, shipping charges and delivery times depend on the destination country and the product.

Where a product is subject to specific requirements concerning the language of safety warnings, labelling or product safety in the destination market, these requirements are fulfilled before the product is offered for sale in that market.

10. DELIVERY DELAYS AND NON-DELIVERY

If the Seller anticipates a delay, the customer will be informed.

Unless otherwise agreed, consumer sales are subject to statutory rules requiring delivery without undue delay and, as a general rule, no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

In the event of non-delivery, the consumer has the right to grant an appropriate additional period for delivery and to terminate the contract where the statutory conditions are met.

11. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

We recommend inspecting the packaging upon receipt and reporting any visible damage.

Failure to report damage to the carrier immediately upon delivery does not, in itself, remove the consumer's statutory rights.

12. RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE

In consumer sales, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes to the consumer only when the consumer or a designated third party other than the carrier takes physical possession of the goods.

Special rules apply where the consumer independently arranges transportation through a carrier not offered by the Seller.

For business customers, the transfer of risk is governed by the contract and applicable law.

13. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

The customer must provide complete and accurate delivery information.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information provided by the customer, arrangements for redelivery and any reasonable additional costs will be determined according to the circumstances, the contract and applicable law.

14. RETURNS

Returns of goods are governed by the separate Returns, Refunds, Withdrawal and Complaints Policy.
