2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms govern ordering, sales, contracted services, payments, manufacturing, delivery, and customers' rights.

They apply to purchases through the online store, individual quotations, made-to-measure products, and custom projects.

A consumer is a natural person acting outside their business or professional activities. A business customer enters into contracts for business or professional purposes.

These Terms do not limit consumers' mandatory statutory rights.

Lawfully agreed special terms for an individual project take precedence over these general Terms.

3. Products and Services

The product range includes the ZUNO THERAPY, WELLNESS, PLAY, and HOME collections: rollers, half-rollers, blocks, cushions, wedges, mats, upholstered elements, and other products specified in the offer.

A distinction is made between standard products, standard products manufactured after an order is placed, products manufactured according to individual specifications, and custom projects involving consultation, on-site measurements, conceptual design, manufacturing, or installation.

Manufacturing a standard product after an order has been placed does not, in itself, exclude the right of withdrawal.

4. Product Information

The main characteristics, dimensions, materials, intended use, available variants, safety information, and other essential features are provided alongside the product or in the quotation.

The appearance of colours may vary depending on the screen used, but this does not exclude liability for the goods' conformity with the contract.

5. Prices and Tax Status

Prices are expressed in euros.

The Seller currently applies the VAT exemption for small enterprises under Article 90 of the Croatian Value Added Tax Act, for as long as the statutory conditions are met.

Before the contract is concluded, the customer is provided with complete information about the price and any additional costs.

Prices for made-to-measure products and custom projects are determined by an individual quotation.

Changes to future price lists do not, in themselves, alter contracts that have already been concluded.

6. Ordering Procedure and Conclusion of the Contract

The customer selects the product and its available options, reviews the shopping cart, and may correct any errors before placing the order.

The final ordering function clearly indicates the obligation to pay.

Acknowledgement of receipt of the order is provided electronically.

A sales contract through the ZUNO design online store is concluded electronically through the automatic acceptance of an order in the Wix system, when the customer is provided with confirmation that the order has been successfully completed.

After completing the checkout process, the customer receives an automated order confirmation email containing details of the ordered products, prices, selected payment method and delivery.

No additional individual confirmation from the Seller is required to conclude a contract through the online store.

This provision applies to products available for direct purchase through the online store. Orders arranged through individual quotations are accepted in accordance with the terms of the relevant quotation.

Purchases through the ZUNO design online store are available in Croatian and English.

Before submitting the final order, customers can review the contents of their shopping cart, check the selected products, quantities, prices and delivery details, and correct any errors.

After completing an order, customers receive an electronic confirmation containing their order details.

ZUNO design stores order information in its order management system. Customers may request information about their orders by contacting info@zunodesign.com.

The Terms and Conditions are available on the website in a format that allows customers to save and reuse them.

After successfully completing an order through the ZUNO design online store, an automated order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the customer during checkout.

The confirmation contains order details, and the customer is also provided with confirmation of the concluded contract, including all legally required information, on a durable medium in accordance with applicable law.

Confirmation of the concluded contract is provided within a reasonable period after the contract is concluded and no later than the time of delivery of the goods or the commencement of the service.

Customers may request additional information or a copy of their order documentation by contacting info@zunodesign.com.

7. Individual Quotations

An enquiry does not automatically constitute an order.

A quotation includes the agreed specifications, price, timeframes, payment terms, and delivery conditions.

The validity period of each individual quotation is specified in the quotation itself. After the stated validity period has expired, the Seller may issue a new quotation based on current material prices, availability and production conditions.

The customer accepts an individual quotation by providing written confirmation via email or by another method expressly specified in the quotation.

By accepting the quotation, the customer confirms agreement with the stated product or service specifications, price, timeframes and payment terms.

For more complex custom projects, the Seller may require a signed quotation or a separate contract before work begins.

The contract is considered concluded when the Seller receives a timely and unconditional acceptance of a valid quotation, unless a different lawful method of concluding the contract is clearly specified in the quotation.

8. Payment Methods

Available payment methods may include card payments and bank transfers, where offered for the individual order.

ZUNO design offers the following payment methods, depending on the type of product and order:

Card Payment — through a secure card payment processing system integrated with the Wix online store.

Bank Transfer — by transferring funds to the Seller's bank account using the payment details provided during checkout or in the quotation or pro forma invoice.

Advance Payment — for made-to-measure products and custom projects, the Seller may require partial or full payment in advance.

The advance payment amount, payment deadline and any staged payment arrangements are clearly specified in the individual quotation or contract before acceptance.

Available payment methods and any applicable charges are displayed to the customer before the order is confirmed.

The Seller issues invoices in accordance with applicable tax and accounting regulations.

The payment deadline for an individual quotation or pro forma invoice is specified in the relevant document.

For orders requiring an advance payment, the payment deadline and the conditions for commencing production are clearly stated in the quotation or contract.

If payment is not received within the agreed period, the Seller and the customer shall proceed in accordance with the accepted quotation and applicable law.

Card payments made through the ZUNO design online store are processed by Stripe, a payment service provider integrated with the Wix platform.

Payments are processed through a secure card payment system in accordance with the payment service provider's terms and conditions.

Before completing an order, customers are shown the available payment methods and the total amount payable.

Invoices are issued in accordance with applicable tax and accounting regulations.

9. Manufacturing and Timeframes

Some products may be kept in stock, while others may be manufactured after an order is placed.

The manufacturing of ordered products begins once the Seller has received payment for the order.

For made-to-measure products and custom projects subject to an agreed advance payment, production begins upon receipt of the agreed advance payment, unless otherwise specified in the individual quotation or contract.

The product delivery time is 10–12 working days.

Any delays will be communicated without limiting the customer's statutory rights.

10. Made-to-Measure Products

Before accepting the quotation or placing the order, the customer confirms the specifications regarding dimensions, shapes, materials, colours, and other requirements.

Changes requested after confirmation are agreed separately and may affect the price and delivery timeframe.

The Seller remains responsible for product safety and conformity with the contract.

Where the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies to goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods, the customer will be specifically informed before the contract is concluded.

11. Custom Projects

A project may include consultation, a site visit, measurements, conceptual design, technical development, revisions, manufacturing, transport, and installation.

Any chargeable stages must be agreed upon in advance.

For custom projects, ZUNO design determines the scope of services and their pricing individually.

Each quotation clearly specifies which services are included in the agreed price and which services, where applicable, are charged separately.

Project services may include consultation, site visits, on-site measurements, conceptual design, technical development, project revisions, manufacturing, delivery and installation.

The costs of site visits, measurements, travel and other services are specified in the individual quotation before its acceptance.

Additional services not included in the accepted quotation are agreed separately, subject to the customer's prior approval of their scope and price.

The number of conceptual design revisions included in the agreed price is specified in the individual quotation.

If the customer requests additional revisions not covered by the accepted quotation, the Seller will provide information about their scope, price and any impact on the project timeframe before carrying out the additional work.

Additional revisions are performed only after the customer has accepted the proposed terms.

The rights to use conceptual designs, drawings, visualisations, technical illustrations and other project materials created as part of custom projects are determined separately in each individual quotation or contract.

The scope of permitted use, including modifications, reproduction, disclosure to third parties or use for other projects, is governed by a written agreement between the contracting parties.

Payment for conceptual design services or other project materials does not, in itself, grant unlimited rights to use those materials.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights are respected in accordance with applicable law and the agreed contractual terms.

Larger projects are governed by a detailed quotation or a separate contract.

12. Advance Payments, Staged Payments, and Cancellation

An advance payment is not automatically non-refundable.

Cancellation is handled according to the type of contract, the extent to which it has been performed, and consumers' mandatory statutory rights.

For made-to-measure products and custom projects, the Seller may require an advance payment or arrange payment in several stages.

The amount of the advance payment, payment deadlines and the schedule of any staged payments are determined separately in each individual quotation or contract.

Before accepting the quotation, the customer is informed of the total agreed price, the amount of each payment and the applicable payment deadlines.

An advance payment is not automatically non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or termination of the contract, the applicable statutory provisions and lawfully agreed contractual terms shall apply, with full respect for consumers' mandatory statutory rights.

The cancellation terms for custom projects are determined separately in each individual quotation or contract, taking into account the nature of the project and its agreed stages.

The quotation or contract sets out the cancellation conditions before work begins, during the conceptual design stage, after its completion, and during manufacturing and other contracted activities, where applicable.

In the event of cancellation or termination, any obligation to pay for services already performed or costs incurred is determined in accordance with the lawfully agreed contractual terms and applicable legislation.

Before accepting the quotation, the customer is informed of the cancellation conditions and any potential financial consequences.

These provisions do not exclude or restrict consumers' statutory rights, including the right to withdraw from a contract where that right applies.

If a consumer wishes the agreed project service to begin before the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the Seller will obtain the consumer's express request before commencing the service.

The request is recorded in writing or in another appropriate form that allows it to be demonstrated, in accordance with applicable law.

Before making the request, the consumer is informed that they may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services provided up to the time of withdrawal, where the statutory conditions are met.

Where a service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal may be lost only if all statutory requirements have been satisfied, including the consumer's appropriate prior express consent and acknowledgement of the potential loss of that right.

This provision does not restrict the consumer's other statutory rights.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Details are provided in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.

14. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to statutory exceptions.

The procedure is governed by the Returns, Refunds, Withdrawal and Complaints Policy.

15. Defects and Written Complaints

The Seller is liable for defects under the Croatian Civil Obligations Act, including defects in made-to-measure products.

Complaints may be submitted to info@zunodesign.com.

Receipt of a written complaint is acknowledged without delay, and a written response to a consumer's written complaint is provided within 15 days.

Records of written complaints are retained on a durable medium for one year from the date of receipt.

16. Product Safety

Products are offered in accordance with applicable product safety, traceability, and labelling requirements.

17. Business Customers

The statutory consumer right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days does not automatically apply to business customers.

Contracts with business customers are governed by applicable contract law and lawfully agreed special terms.

18. Personal Data Protection

Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

19. Disputes and Final Provisions

The parties shall endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably.

Consumers retain access to the judicial and out-of-court dispute resolution procedures provided by law, including mandatory consumer protections applicable to cross-border contracts.

[ENTER: relevant information on alternative dispute resolution, where applicable]

These Terms are published on the website.

Any amendments apply to future contracts and do not unilaterally modify existing contracts.
